Loving Advice

While Mitch and I were out and about on his motorcycle I saw that the river was spreading to the road. Of course I had to stop and play in the GIANT puddle a little bit. After a few minutes an elderly couple pulled over and came to talk to us. It became evident after a few minutes that they just wanted to have a friendly conversation. As we got back on the motorcycle the woman looked at me and said "Don't ever forget to stop and smell the roses. Or in your case put your feet in the water." Then she smiled at me and they went on their way. I will never forget that and I have decided to make it my goal to never take the small things for granted!

Graduation!

That's right folks! I have graduated from college!! I now have a full brain and empty pockets! I cannot believe how fast my undergrad days went! It feels like just the other day I was sitting in my basement refusing to pack my things and go off to the good ol College of Idaho. Well now I am sitting on a degree and still wondering what is to come next. I decided to take it one step at a time and apparently that first step was to start grad school two weeks after graduation. Hopefully this time around I will do a better job of not wishing my days away, because I know one day I will want them all back.

Here is to the next chapter in life! I can't wait to get started!

This One is For my Dad!

All girl's need a good Dad, I hit the jack pot and got the best one of all! He encourages me to be the best person I can be. I look up to him in every way possible and I love him for everything he has done for me and my family. He is loving, kind and always seems to know what the right thing to do is. I would not be where I am today without such a wonderful Father!

In my Dad's words:
"Think before you act, make good choices, be a good friend, and remember we will always love you".
He has told me this everyday for as long as I can remember and for as long as I live I will never forget it!

Hello Gorgeous!

One of my favorite things about spring is the absolutely amazing flowers that start popping up!

These pretty little things grew in front of my house! :D

How cute is that little pink bow? My roomies are adorable!

I love the one really yellow flower in the middle of lighter ones.



I just love what spring time brings! :D

The little joys of everyday can be found very easily if you just look, and these pretty little joys brightened my day and my house!

JEANS!!!

One of my clothing staples is jeans! Unfortunately coming by a pair of jeans that fits well and lasts long can be rather difficult! When I find that perfect pair of jeans I literally wear them until they have holes in them haha.

Ahhhh the wear and tear of my poor little jeans!

 I have found that I tend to have really good luck with Levi's!! I love their skinny jeans! I either tuck them into my boots or I roll them up into a big cuff for a cutie spring look! :D

Every now and then when my jeans are not naturally worn I give them a little help... I use this video as my little guide! :D

Polish Chocolate Cake and A Wedding!!

Today my lovely cousin and the love of her life got married! The gorgeous wedding was in sunny FL! Unfortunately I was not able to attend so I have been seeing their dream wedding through the texts my family has been sending me. Here is a little sneek peak of all the action and love taking place as I type this...

I wish all the happiness in the world for this beautiful couple!!

While all this excitement was happening Mitch and I found the neatest little store! It is called Tres Bonne Cusine and it sells all kinds of foods and drinks from different countries. I decided that I would give their polish choloclate cake a try!

Needless to say this cake was amazing!! It was chocolate-y, powdered sugar covered yummy-ness! I am hooked!

Disney Magic!!

I don't know what it is about this time of year that makes me crave Disneyland. Maybe it is the fact that Disneyland represents sunshine, happiness, and amazing days with my family. Because of my latest Disney obsession I have discovered these absolutely GORGEOUS purses from Disney!!



Drooling yet my darlings? I know I am. So while I am still at school I will have to satisfy my "Disney tooth" by lusting over their amazing couture products!

For the style Lovers!

Those of you that know me know that I have a very unique and "out there" style. My motto is if I like it I wear it! Well I recently found a book that satisfies my unique style cravings. It is called Style Diaries, World Fashion from Berlin to Tokyo.

This book has 399 pages of pure fashion awesome-ness! Being a lover of sticky notes I marked all the pages in this book that I love and all the outfits I hope to one day replicate!

While I am on the subject of clothes, I must share my new obsession....

I am so in love with this lace back cardigan from the gap it is not even funny! I got it for Valentine's Day and have worn it twice this week! In fact I am wearing it right now as I type this! It is beyond amazing and I have found that my favorite thing to pair it with is any of my leopard print tanks! So wonderful!
